can anyone please recommend an Online HIP supplier?

no they do not, as HIP regulations allow buyers to use and sue on them.
hips are great, as if in date a HIP means I can exchnage within a few days on some deals.My posts are just my opinions and are not offered as legal advice - though I consider them darn fine opinions none the less.:cool2:
