1)When CSA look at NRP income do they just take their income into account or do they look at their spouses income too?

2)Also if i receive child maintenance payments do i tell HMRC on my tax credit forms?

They don't ask for child maintenance amounts on the application or renewal forms. Maintenance is not included as income for the assessment. (99.999% sure of this, someone correct me if I'm wrong)
