some advice required for Debt Relief Order
I have a total debts of some 8k which were accumulated over the past 1 and 1/2 years.
I'm a university student and I used to work part time. However, I lost my job recently and I could not see myself getting employ in the near future.
I must admit about 60 percent of my total debts were caused by my bad habit playing online poker by deposit using credit cards, etc. Even though, I have never miss a payment up to recently where I lost my job and began to struggled.
I have no assets, I'm living with my brother at the moment and he is paying for all my daily expenses. Therefore, I cannot see how I am able to clear those debts.
Please can some of you advice me is DRO appropriate for me? Cheers
