Try Alliance and Leicester. They're not the greatest in the world but I have a dire credit rating and got a visa debit with online banking, direct debits, standing orders etc (note the debit is really an electron card in disguise).
It's good as I can run it just how I would a normal bank account but bad in that online banking is always at least 24 hours behind on transactions.
It's the only one I know of that isn't v v basic (cashcard etc), though there may be others that I don't know of, of course
hth,
pippitypipI know I'm in my own little world, but it's ok - they know me here!
