Really cofused...
Car is coming to the end of its finance and we either have to pay £9000 or give the car back.
My husband has a fair credit file ( 4 missed payments in 12 months) but the only loans I can find are secured.
Can I take out a secured loan if there is no equity in the property?
Please help

Unfortunately, in the current financial climate, missed payments are the last thing you need on your credit file. If you can get any credit at all, it is likely to be at a horrendous interest rate.
In all honesty, I think you will need to resign yourselves to giving the car back.
