I know someone who had a similar issue and they gave Redress Claims £3000. Did you transfer any money and if so did ever receive it back?

Does anyone have any advice or guidance on who to contact about getting this money back?

My friend is totally beside herself for the past 3 years dealing with this alone as she was too embarrassed to tell anyone.

Whilst the banks and financial institutions are getting banged to rights (quite rightly so). CMCs run rampant like crazed highway men with no regard for their victims.

CMCs are most definatly a bigger scandal than the original miss selling of PPI.
