Double check the DN, it should state something along the lines of: "We will terminate your account"I cannot use the fact that the collectors have not provided a copy of the termination notice in my CCJ defence?
They've terminated the a/c on the backend of a defective DN, tuff on them :rotfl:
The a/c is now terminated, they cannot rectify the errors they've made, unless you agree, which of course you won't
