    Yep still better than WD40.

    Get a Pint of Snake Oil in a Centrifuge, give it a spin for 2 minutes and the following pours out:

    50%: Stoddard solvent (i.e., mineral spirits -- primarily hexane, somewhat similar to kerosene)

    25%: Liquefied petroleum gas

    15+%: Mineral oil (light lubricating oil)

    10-%: Inert ingredients

    Mix it back together again and bottle it as WD40.
