Capial One HomeOwner plus, may be a marginally better bet:rolleyes:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

get something in writing that says he will pay the finance if you split up.
And have fun in your new wheels

I agree with the getting an agreement in writing from him! Just in case as a loan/HP lasts years!!!
On the other hand you could register the car in YOUR NAME!!!
I am sure with his company car allowance he has opted to take £300 p/month as cash in place of getting a company car supplied by the company! Surely they can not FORCE him to own the car he uses!
Get it in you name if you can and then there will be no issues!
Enjoy the new car!

lol good point Queen
(think I can slip something in there about breaking his legs if he ever leaves me? heeeheeeheee)
I have sent him off on a mission to get me the exact figure to the penny that we need for this deal and then I'll see what loans I can get (I hate the thought of more credit searches just as the others have dropped off... how nerdy am I!)DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Getting the car registered in my name is not a problem
I was kinda planning that anyway - the only thing in HIS name will be the insurance
Some good points there tho I have to admit
might even be helpful to others in the same situation or similar ones
