Hi there,

Having changed from bt to talktalk and having 195 free directory enquiries with bt, I just wonder if this can be used with talktalk and if I need to register again?

Yes its free.

I even use it from mobiles.

Had the username and pass from my ex years ago (15 at least).

Left her 5 years ago and it still works to this day.

You just use your name and pin anywhere you go/live

It should be free from any uk network 195 (landline or mobile).

31/10/10. I rang 195 tonight from my landline. You have to ring between 0900 and 1600 (9 till 4) Monday to Fridays to register and get your PIN.

1/11/10. To register for 195, ring 0800 587 0195 between 9 and 4 Mon-Fri. I rang this morning. Readers should be aware of the following:
- Applicants must have a Registered Disability that prevents you from holding or reading a telephone directory.
-The service is for personal use only and can only be used by the applicant and their carer.
- The person with the disability has to be aged 10 (ten) or over.
-A Doctor has to sign the application form to confirm the disability.
- 195 staff are specially trained to deal with disabled people, for example those with speech impediments.
- Applicants are issued with a 2 letter PIN, which you are asked for as soon as you get through to 195.
- The service is provided by BT, although you do not have to have BT as your service provider to use 195.
