dual fuel switch???

I currently have dual fuel with edf. I provide quaterly meter reading (for those extra nectar points). I do not have economy 7.
I was approached by eon in a supermarket, claiming they can beat my current prices, and reward me with tesco clubcards. That tesco points are worth more money than sainsburys nectar????
I started to check this site, but to add confusion all three comparison sites recommended different companies, from EON (savings of £95.26 plus tesco clubcard points) Atlantic (£103), and N Power (£154) edf (£81 plus nectar points)
Then there is all this capped tarrif, should I get on that as well as switch??
I live alone, in a new build one bedroom flat. My average yearly usage is below
gas:10277 units
electric:1032 units
Do I exchange companies, to save money, but face a 3 star service, instead of the 5 star provided by edf.
While I may save in annual bills, will changing to a company which do not give you points for bills, nor meter readings, mean you actually save any money??
