  • please see my thread started "WARNING ASDA ON LINE" in this section detailing my problems this week.

It does state that the full amunt of the original order is preauthorized before delivery (not including the evouchers) and that they will only charge the actual cost once delivery is made.

Ive rung them up. Basically they have said that yes without the vouchers and all this, it SHOULD HAVE BEEN £55.33. and this is pre-authorised from your acount. and it has actually gone out. Now I have to wait a few days for asda to release the £21 they actually owe me. I dont like all this. I thought it was going to be plain sailing!
Thinking of maybe using Tesco next time? Do you have this problem with them?

we have been using tesco.com for groceries for a few yrs now

hae had no problems at all and all the drivers are lovely in my area

my 4 yr old looks foward to " mr tesco " coming every week :o :rotfl:

ive never had to complain about anything

in fact one time i had over £12 of food i hadnt actually ordered / paid for  :rotfl: and was told to keep it !
maybe im one of the lucky ones as i have heard that some peoples shopping doesnt turn up when they say ,have things gone off etc

but we are really pleased with the service :)

guess you have to give it a try :)

I used a £10 e-voucher the other day on an Asda shop. My bill was the same format as the OP (ie no £10 discount, but it was listed), however they took £10 less from my CC.

    Have faith!

I have shopped with Adsa online many times and used lots of £10 codes without any problems. The voucher never shows on the invoice/list but I have always had the correct amount go out. Had my shopping delivered tongiht so will make sure I check it tommorow and let you know!;) I any case I would always ring them as they will refund it.
