PPI Insurance

Hello everyone

I have been hearing things on tv, internet etc about reclaiming PPI insurance took out on loans, credit cards etc.

The Claim Advisory Group have contracted me and keep doing so wanting to send a pack out for me to fill in on a no win no fee basis - I do not believe them.

Is is true that you can reclaim back PPI insurance and if so what is the besst way to go about doing this?

You may be able to claim back the PPI - if it was missold. But no reason to get anyone else involved, if you claim it back you might as well keep it for yourself.

After a very argumentative phone call yesterday with the above company as they will NOT stop ringing my phone, they told me that I could not re-claim the PPI insurance myself. I then challenged them and said that thousands of people have managed to do this.

I can now see a lot of people of people getting sucked into these kinds of companies!

Forgot to mention in my above post......

DO NOT go with a claims company - lots have been having problems and not to be trusted.

You will find more posts on this on the first link I posted above.

Have a go yourself with help from the PPI thread.;)
