I suggest you contact whoever sent the parcel, they should be able to find out what has happened.
Alternatively if you wish to contact Yodel, there are some non-rip-off numbers listed here (search for yodel):

Royal Mail is awful lately , I sent a letter recorded delivery on 17/11 which still hasn't arrived , loads of problems with their website lately and today I couldn't send anything as the system had crashed and the post office couldn't take my parcels I gave up and sent them via collect plus
I did notice on the Royal Snail's twitter account that they said 20/12 is the last posting day if you want to guarantee delivery by Easter.0 -
Its EASY - but not obvious!
1. Call the customer services number - or if like me you find 0870 numbers an indication that a company hates its customers, circumvent the 0870 number by finding an alternative on saynoto0870 - Google it and you'll never call an 0870 number again.
2. Once connected IGNORE THE OPTIONS - Do NOTHING. Allow the options to be read out twice and still do nothing. After the second time around, your call will be answered by a REAL PERSON.:A
Best of Luck!
PS: if you have lost some mail then you need to fill out a form P58 available from the Royal Mail website.0 -
Thanks, valchelski. Will definitely try that next time.0
