    Are there any figures of those complaints on bank charges that were upheld or not?
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

    45% of compliants upheld by banks, clearly shows that front line staff advisors need to be better trainned and better process put in place to protect the customers interests. Then to top that 53% are being up held by the ombusman are the FSA visting auditing these banks to ensure they are ensuring the customers interests are taken care of!
