45% of compliants upheld by banks, clearly shows that front line staff advisors need to be better trainned and better process put in place to protect the customers interests. Then to top that 53% are being up held by the ombusman are the FSA visting auditing these banks to ensure they are ensuring the customers interests are taken care of!0
