reclaiming included in mobile phone contract

I have an O2 contract and can reclaim something like £150/£200 on this. This was included in the contract. I sent my bill to the claims dept and requested a cheque. This had apprently been sent to me. I never received it. I had to request it 3 times more (over the phone) as apparently my request got lost or someone hadn't filed it etc. I filed 2 complaints. Apparently a new one had been issued on the 13th of last month. I still haven't received it (again!) after the 28 day period they give ahs expired and I will have to call them again and request a new one. Is there anything else I can do? I have been waiting for the cheque for 3 months now. I threatened to cancel my contract by they said that is not possible. I really don't know what else I can do. Can anyone help please?
