Additional cashback via MSE problem
Back in February, I took advantage of a MSE offer that provided an extra £50 to switch gas and electricity. http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/tips/17-02-2010/
I switched via energyhelpline.com, which should have given me £65 cashback (£15 plus additional £50).
Now yesterday I was paid £50 cashback, which was nice and unexpected. But I should have had £65. I've emailed energyhelpline, so watch this space.
