Well this is a difficult one! My brother is not the most trustworthy person and has got himself into a lot of debt, he has the same name as my dad and after getting his credit report it would seem he has run up debts in my dads name and dob. I believed my only option was to write to debt collection agencies to dispute debt…

Thanks MrsTine, yes iv spoke to my brother he denies he applied in my dads name n dob but we all know that he has so dont know wher to go from here! At the end of the day he knows the debts on my dads report n hes still not trying to sort it so this was the final straw! x
