I've saved the price of my holiday

Thanks to MSE I have saved the price of a family holiday.
I used to spend my Tesco vouchers in store until I read on this site that I should spend them on Clubcard Deals.
So, for the past year I have saved my points and bought plenty of extra points items. I have fed my family (and on occasion my dog ) on beef in gravy (edit by Martin: for those who don't know this was a massive loophole where you bought three packs of this and you got a disproportionate wodge of free points). I have bought enough toiletries to last for months using the voucher loop-hole. And today I have booked our holiday using Tesco Clubcard deals instead of real money!
Thank you to all of you who have posted Clubcard offers, and to Martin who told me not to buy groceries with my vouchers.

. For others reading the rules simple, Tesco vouchers are worth four times the amount when redeamed off the Tesco Clubcard vouchers brochure than simply spending in-store. There are many many more ways to gain more points at no cost too (and for Nectar, Airmiles, Boots points too) read the Tricks to Improve Your Loyalty Points article.

I defrosted my freezer last weekend and found a packet embedded in the ice. That brought back happy memories. I quite fancy the beef in gravy with red wine and garlic. Oooh those yummy recipes, they were so good we could hardly taste the rubber beef!:D
I think I ought to get some to take on holiday with us to remind us of how we came to be there.:TFool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0 -

Read Freebie Junkie's TESCOING thread in Discount Codes and Vouchers. You will find it enlightening. I have nominated her for Post Of The Month.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0
