My Debt problems, any advice?

Hi,
Last year I had the worst year of business of my life and decreased sales and increased costs put me into a huge amount of debt, now I still have companies to pay or ballifs but cash is extremely tight now, below outlined is the debt i have had to pay recently.
Company 1 . £26000 - Paid in full
Company 2. £15000 - Paid in full
Company 3. £6100 Went to court over dispute, ccj lodged, went to baliffs, here to agreed to pay £250 a week to the MARSTON GROUP but i said i would pay from the 7th may not the 22nd april went i made the call but then they send me a letter on the 6th may saying people are coming tommorow (12th may) to remove my goods, i called them straight away and they said that the agreement was not from the 7th may but straight away, but i made this very clear from the start, then he said i need payment in full before tommorow, i cant make this then he came down in terms and asked for £1250 and we will look into going pay to repayments, i made this yesterday and then now they refuse to do the £250 a week and are demanding the full balance in 10 days, basically now i have got them down to £2400 (half the remaining balance) by the end of the next week and then £2400 within a month after that if i meet the initial deadline so i am trying everything I can to raise £2400 by next friday but I am looking about £700 short by working out atm.
Google - I owe £20,000
VAT - I didnt pay my october 09 vat bill of £3k, they send me a demand notice a long time ago i never responded but i still paid jan 10 and april 10 vat bills in full and havent heard from them since, I feel like im stupidly running away from the vat and google debts, the google debt hasnt gone to court or anything.
Do you think google and the vat office with accept repayment terms? Please advise i just want to be debt free!!!!!

I guess what im trying to ask your advice on is do you think the vat office with accept repayments and what do you think is a suitable repayment amount to them, in reality i can pay £600 a week but i need to split these between google and vat office, what do you think the best split I should offer is?0

I think the VAT is your priority and frankly I'd only pay google a token gesture until you have paid off your VAT bill...DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

The bailiff - what does the paperwork for your CCJ state? Did you fail to pay your CCJ? Did you get the paperwork for your CCJ at the time so you could defend it in court? I would advise you to take the time to read on http://www.bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/ - it's run by a member on here called Herbie21 - she knows her stuff and knows more about bailiff law than most bailiffs - please contact her for help ASAPDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! I have just contacted the vat office and they are happy to accept my payment of £250 a week to repay the outstanding vat balance from back in october and I have contacted google who are going to get back to me shortly, if I can get my google debt on a regular payment that will mean all my debts are under management which is honestly the biggest relief possible in situations like these.0
