Finally and it is a big thank you for the your support from BT Care.

My troubles will soon to be over, I've been promised that everything i needed will be done by/on 10th June.

Yesterday there was a newspaper article on BT spying on customers via open forus, twitter and facebook, but I think tbh it's because BT Care who sit on this forum that i got my problem sorted.

And as a goodwill gesture the £124.99 installation fee was waived as i asked.

Bt have been getting a lot of bad press because things are not done properly etc, but this team who frequent MSE when they say they help do so, and stay with you to the bitter end. :money:


And now to mobile phone sections to find out if Orange are using the old chestnut of blacklisting properties rather than persons, but that is a different matter.
