Right click copy not working (a solution)

This had been bugging me some time but I only really looked into it today...
The problem only happened on this netbook (running Windows XP) other machines at home (XP Vista and Win7 didn't have the issue) - highlight some text in a web page or a url from the address bar right click and select copy wasn't putting anything in the clipboard. CTRL-C worked just fine.
I couldn't find the answer via google but a comment in one thread got me thinking and I've found the cause...
It was the Lazarus form recovery addon to FireFox. I've removed it and the problem has gone away.
I've only put this up because MSE gets well indexed by google so hopefully it may help somebody some time.

depending on coding of site, pages often saved in your temporary folders to.. can also 'save page as..' (do complete page - html) in my documents etc, than cherry pick what you want..
be sure to respect copyright, mind!Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

Can you use control and c buttons for copy? And control and v buttons for pasting those copied texts?
