Ebay Listings Removed - What To Do??!

Hiya
I have been selling quality bootleg music DVD's on ebay for some time now. I don't charge much more than it costs me to make them, and I am not doing it to rip people off. All I am doing is giving fans a chance to see footage of rock bands that have not been officially released.
Anyway, recently I have had all my listings taken down and 5 email warnings from eBay saying I have breached their listing policies. Has this happened to anyone else? If so how many warnings have you had and do you keep putting them on regardless?
What I am more annoyed about is all the other peoples DVD's like mine are still on ebay so theirs have not been taken down, yet in most cases its the same product!!
How many warnings do you reckon I should ignore before re-listing them? Am scared they may suspend my account and I have 200+ positives and no neg feedback, would be a shame!
Your thoughts please......

If you relist the same Items you will be banned for about 2 months. If you modify the listings this may help0

I got a warning once on one of my secondary accounts for a minor breach. I never relisted as even on a secondary id I didn't want to run the risk of losing my account.
One of your competitors has turned you in so it is probably likely that he has your auctions on 'watch' and will keep on turning you in if you try to relist.
It doesn't matter what other people are listing, it only matters that someone has turned you in so is likely to do so again. Ebay is policed by its users.
I believe that the warning stays on your account permanently so you run the risk of losing your account at any time in the future if you have auctions pulled again. I don't know how many warnings trigger a suspension though.

If you are selling bootlegs, of course they're going to ban you! You don't own the rights to sell on this material. You are clearly in breach of copyright & eBays T's & C's.Women priests. Great. Now there's priests of both sexes I don't listen to - Bill Hicks.0

If its fake / un-original with permission...its illegal....
Its either right or wrong.....:(
Get your own back, turn the others in..0 -
I suppose it depends on the type of bootleg you're selling. If you are simply copying official albums/dvd's then I think this is wrong and Ebay have every right to ban you. Whereas if you're selling 'unofficial' recordings (concerts etc) then I'd buy one. I've got lots of bootlegs of concert recordings because you cannot buy them officially and it's only an artists real fans that want them. However I would never but a copied version of an official album release.0

It doesn't matter one bit whether they are copies of the latest chart CD/DVD's or some scratchy old tape recording of Bob Dylan live in Pittsburgh in '76 - YOU CAN NOT SELL THIS STUFF ON EBAY!!!Women priests. Great. Now there's priests of both sexes I don't listen to - Bill Hicks.0 -

Calm down mate , I didn't say you could. I was simply stating my preference.0 -
Simply, they should not be sold on eBay (by you). And also....you usually get 5 warnings and then a suspension, so if you are not suspended already, think yourself as very lucky and prepare to be suspended if you get 1 more warning. The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0

These copies as well as being (technically) prohibited from being sold on eBay are illegal.
While I am on the subject has anyone got any idea how eBay decides whether to remove pirated recordings or not, because I certainly have not!!0
