Claiming for roof damage again!

Grr! We lost some slates on our roof last year due to high winds and Abbey send Asprea round to sort it out. The 'roofer' replaced the tiles and put some cement in at the side to hold them in place. Yesterday, said cement fell off the roof bringing with it the tiles that were replaced! Resulting in a whole line of tiles sliding down and damaging the gutter. We have not had any wind at all! So now we have to put in another claim as the damage will be far too expensive to pay ourselves.

Asprea surveyor will be back today (they couldn't say when!) No doubt to arrange another botched job!
