• Hi there, machine and instructions now with daughter at her flat, but you can download instructions from the site given above by meadowcat. Look for it by brand (Lervia), and you will find it is called KH4000, but it seems to be the same machine.
• Hello there!
I have the same sewing Machine which I also bought from Lidl but I have now ran out of needles and I'm unsure of what needles I need for the machine I've looked in the manual and it doesn't say anything about it!
Can anyone help me?
I'm studying Fashion at Uni so I really need to find the right needles.
• Sewing machine needles are pretty standard, but do come in different thicknesses and types, depending on the fabric you are sewing.

Have you got an old one? Take it to any sewing machine shop and they will advise. Other places that sell them are fabric shops and John Lewis.
• Universal sewing machines will fit most machines.., and only cost about £2 on ebay. I've bought them and they are fine.
• Just to say how pleased I was to find this web site I live in Portugal Lidl was advertising a sewing machine KH4001 but without English instruction I felt so deflated I have been trying for at least an hour to find a web site for help then I came across this one I now have instructions printed off so tomorrow morning I am off to Lidle again to buy it approx £40 so thanks again for all your help and useful info Happy sewing
• PLEASE CAN SOMEONE EMAIL ME THE INSTUCTION MANUAL i HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WAS GIVEN THIS MACHINE BUT NO INSTRUCTIONS THANKYOU!! EMAIL laurakirtley@live.co.uk

I hope that this is in the correct forum.

My wife has inherited a brand new sewing machine,The problem is that there is no instruction manual, I am hoping that someone on here knows something about this model It is a VICTORIA make and was on offer in Aldi stores about two years ago for about £70-£80, Any information as to how to obtain an user manual would be appreciated. Thanks. Alan.
Edit.
I have now been informed that it was LIDL and not aldi.
• It says you have to buy it, but have you tried: sewingonline . co . uk / VICTORIA . html
(apologies for the spaces, but I'm not allowed to post links as a new user).

I am about to go and pick up a new, boxed Victoria Sewing Machine from a junk shop for £15. I've been wanting a machine for ages, but couldn't afford to pay £200 or so. Does anyone have any experience of the Victoria? If so, are they OK for soft furnishings etc.

Thanks
• Has anyone found a source of spare bobbins for the Lervia KH4000?

Hi there...she says she found a supplier on the internet, possibly E-bay. It was 2 years back so she cannot remember the name of the place.

She says to measure your bobbin accurately as diameters vary, and note if it is flat or rounded on its sides. Then compare your size with the details given.
