A friend of my sons has told him he is claiming , Incapacity benefit and has also claimed the full student grant and loan as he is at UNI.
Is he allowed to claim the incap benefit even thought he has the student grant?
Someone has told him hes claiming fraudulently, can anyone confirm if this is ok or not, please?
