call from uk to serbia

does anybody know any landline phone company which offers inclusive calls to serbia. example bt offers £4.99 for 36 countries on the top of line rental. checked something like vonage but there is no serbia. other companies offer discounts but it is still expensive when calling directly. at the moment using access numbers 0844 where connection fee only is about 10p.

TalkTalk will give you 5p/min to Serbia landlines (20p/min to mobiles) if you take the 'International Boost' option, which costs an extra £2 a month I think.

Have your checked the MSE International Callchecker ?
That shows loads from 3p+ a minute with 10p at TOP end of rates (all plus a call connection fee on most providers of c10p):

(Though those 08nnn rates are based I presume on BT's rates for those calls, and may vary with other landline providers.)
