Hi,
I've had 3 quotes to replace some large sash windows in a victorian house.
Prices are all very close, but I have two choices of frames.
WHS Halo Rustique with Planitherm energy saving glass
or
Kommerling with K glass
Now I read here Planitherm glass is better, but I was wonder which frames are the better quality?
Thanks
Wil
