no joy on jackpotjoy

I can access all websites except for jackpotjoy.com.I have used this website for 2 years with no problems. Spent an 1hr and 20 mins on the phone to talktalk,re-booting,clearing cookies,cache etc. to no avail. Jackpotjoy can't solve the problem either. Any help gratefully received.

I use to love playing bingo on Jackpot Joy when I was using AOL & their software. Id'd always been very eratic (black blank screen) but nothing compared to the problems since I've moved to SKY & started using IE8 (have just switched to Firefox). I've given up trying to play because it took a lifetime to load & then got nowhere. I'm not a techie so have given up for now because it was too stressful.

If you go to the talktalk forum you will see a thread running (currently into about page 46) which lists LOADS of complaints about this. Quite a few people have been unable to access some websites for up to 10 days now - and counting!!! It is VERY annoying.

The talktalk phone lines appear to have been less than useless in helping anyone resolve this problem as it appears to be something to do with a low ip address?

I suggest you look on their forum (which is currently obtainable but was one of the earlier casualties apparently)
