Disabled Students Allowance

I received a letter today telling me that i have qualified for the disabled students allowance. I have an appointment next week with the university's disability advisor and i have no idea of what to expect or say. I am claiming this on the grounds of long term mental health problems. Has anyone else had the needs assessment for MH problems? What happened? Thanks for any information.
