    It's a little late, so just the APR's for now. Won't be around tomorrow but will check in on you.

    1.736% as a number is 0.01736
    Add 1 = 1.01736
    to the power of 12 (as it's compound over 12 months) 1.01736^12= 1.229408
    Remove the 1 and change back to a % = 22.94% APR

    Cash @ 2.075% would be 27.95% APR

    If you haven't missed any payments yet, it may be worth looking into getting a 0% card if possible. I would suggest you post up your SOA in the first instance though before trying to get more credit.

    Regarding the overdraft - I can't see this being a problem if you are not financially linked. Others may have a different view though.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to work that out for me. Its certainly an eye-opener!! i thought it was around 13.9% so there must have been lots of interest hikes passed me by.

    I will apply for 0% and hopefully get it shifted.

    As for an SOA......its very complicated but hopefully i will get there soon.
