Plastic walk in greenhouse & frost?

I would pop a few sheets of newspaper on top of the plants overnight0

My strawberries are going great guns, and they managed to overwinter under all the snow.
I'm not sure where you live, but if south of Birmingham they should be OK, especially if against a house wall - if not a bit of fleece or bubble wrap around the plants on forecasted frosty nights won't hurt - to be on the safe side.0 -
Your strawberries should be OK. They are very hardy plants but I'd certainly cover over your other seedlings with a light cover of newspaper or garden fleece overnight, until the temperature warms up. If checked by cold, some seedlings never ever recover properly and even if they start growing again you could end up with weak plants which don't crop very well.0

Thanks very much. I'm in the Highlands of Scotland and it's cold here.

I've got a big roll of bubble wrap so I'll make use of it now.Herman - MP for all!
