I think you have to click on 'Wales' in the Country box before clicking on the drop-down list of counties, then it should give you the Welsh options.

I live in Northern Ireland, and there are a surprising number of comps (and online shops) that don't include NI as part of the uk. If it doesn't say in the rules that you can't be from NI but there are no Northern Irish counties in the drop down menu, I generally say I'm from Belfast in Aberdeenshire!:rotfl:

if you use the drop down box for country you can choose from:
England
Scotland
Ireland
Wales
Northern Ireland

Then it alters the county box to suit your choice.
