A couple of years ago I used a product called Ketsugo Spray to treat spots on my back and it worked a treat. I have just run out of the Gel version which I bought after that for occasional break-outs and can't find it on the high street (I have posted on here to see if anyone can help!) but it seems to be available online for about £12.
Good luck!
Another thing to remember is, when you wash and condition your hair, do that first THEN wash your back, it makes sure there is no conditioner residue left on your back which can clog pores
Suffer from bad spots on back and have changed shampoo to one without SLS. I think Pamolive is one of the few on the market and is also available in Poundland so very good money saver. Noticed a big difference.
