marbles credit cared - balance transfer fee capped?

According to stoozing.com this is capped at £50 (or maybe £49 from memory). However on the marbles website it just mentions 2% with minimum of £5 per transfer. Can anyone confirm...

Sorry should have searched this forum better. Yorkshireboy has confirmed that fee is no longer capped from 1Aug06. Therefore need to keep searching....0
