Sage 50 Help Needed Please!

Hi,
Don't know if anyone can help but I'm having a problem getting onto Sage 50 on my laptop. Not had a problem before but when I click on the icon it asks for my log in details which I enter but then nothing happens after that and it just doesn't open.
I have messed around with the security settings to see if that is the problem but no luck so far (and tbh I'm not sure what I'm doing there anyway). The original disk is at work so I can't reinstall it now and have got some work to do today.
Any help greatly appreiciated!!!
