Hello,
I going to be receiving a payment from an ebay customer and they wish to pay by paypal.
The amount is around £500, what would be the best way of receiving the payment, I currently have a premier account. Also how much would the fee be for receiving this payment
Thanks

I think you're getting a bit muddled...
Any fees will be payable by you, the seller and that depends on the type of account you have. If you have a premier acocunt then you will be charged whatever method of payment the buyer chooses for his paypal funds. If you have a basic account then you can receive a balance transfer free of charge, however, and it is a big however, you should not be advertising that you accept paypal if you are going to specify how they source their payment. Once you have a winning bidder then should be free to pay by paypal however they choose, regardless of what you want.
