Incomplete Order

Hi,
We have purchased a garden furniture from BHS, and one of the reasons why as it came with a external cover.
However it has not come with the cover and the store have been saying you dont need it - as it garden furnture. And basically fobbing us off!!! - and been rude.
We also purchased this via there 0% interest free option.
My gutt feeling is that they are breach of contract as they have not delivered the goods recieved. The store has no interest in resolving this whats so ever.
Do I contact BHS or the finance company.
Are they in breach of contract under the sales of goods act.
What are my rights?

I would class his as a faulty item due to it having a part missing. You bought the item complete with the cover. Go back to BHS and tell them you want a cover or you will bring it back. Hope this helps. Marie0

If it was advertised as coming with a cover then it should come with one.
