We're moving abroad - what should we do with our child trust funds?

I have two children - aged 4 and 1. We started child trust funds with the £250 voucher they received when they were born. We'll be moving abroad later this year to the States permanently. They, like me, have dual citizenship. We don't know what to do with these accounts. We'd like to continue putting some money into them each year and we don't mind a small element of risk but I don't want to have to monitor them too closely. They're in savings accounts right now, so no risk at all. Any suggestions?

I prefer purchs answer personally but you need to read the information on the
Child's trust fund website"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."
