Anyone used Connors Surveyors in Leeds?

Hi

I've just had a number of quotes to get a survey done on a house we're looking to buy. Unfortunately I don't know anyone who's had one recently to get a personal recommendation.

One of the companies that have quoted are local: Connors Surveyors, based in Horsforth, Leeds

I'm fairly happy with the price quoted, so in the absence of any other info, was planning to instruct them.

Before I do, I just wondered if anyone had any experience of them, or had any other Leeds based surveyors that they could recommend?

Thanks for any help you can offer...

I'm guessing it was a long shot, but I'll try one BUMP...

Sorry, no, but I would be interested how you get on if you decide to go with them.

I've ended up instructing Miller Metcalfe after a quote I got from them from Really Moving. Having looked into them a bit more, they seem to do a bit of everything property related (estate agency, surveys, etc). Hoping they're OK, but presumably they'll just find a local RICS surveyor to do the actual work anyway. I'm working on the basis that without any personal recommendation, all I can really go on is RICS certification and price. They've sent me an example survey, which looks to be fairly comprehensive, so hopefully it'll be OK.
