    i bought mine at save on laptops uk. did some research found the were cheaper than most and had very good C/S

    Rather depends what sort of laptop you want, or at least what you want to do with it.
    Budget?
    But the golden rule is not to go within a mile of PCW.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    BTW It's just for my bedroom, not for storing anything on, the downstairs pc is big enough. for brousing forums, fb and the like. thx

    If you want cheap, this Toshiba from Argos returns will do the trick for £254. Full twelve month warranty.

    yeah it's dual processor that I wanted and it's 2gb, could do with ditching the webcam though :eek: (it's an age thing!!)

    but for that price it looks v good thanks

    You don't have to switch the webcam on. ;) My mum has one of these machines.

    after a bit of a look round I bought it. some small change in my paypal and via quidco so ok for under £240
