If the going out is recommended by your GP as a step towards recovery then, until it something you are comfortable doing, you do not need to advise the JCP about it.
A friend is currently going through the same thing (and I need to start trying!), and his GP has said that once he can go out comfortably everyday for a fortnight then that is a sign that it could be a long term step forward, and that (depending on your other issues) a change in condition should be notified. Maybe you could look at that timeframe as an indicator?Gone ... or have I?0
