Excuse photos and state of both rooms, was literally as we moved in with everything dumped and not in order!

They look good, I live in an old house and I actually like picture rails - however Iv'e had a few jobs in houses where they are 13 inches from the ceiling and my Favourite trowel is 14 inches :mad: I do try and tell the clients it woud be better for me to take them off then put them back after but most of them have none of it

I do have trowels that will go in small areas - And can go up and down as well as right to left Just like my old "bertha"
