spellcheck on e-mails

For some unexplained reason the spellcheck on my e-mails (Outlook) has changed to French making every word wrong.

When I try to change it back the only option given is French.

Anyone know how I can change it back to English?

Which version of Outlook? 2003? 2007?

I have Outlook 2003, and do Tools -> Options -> Spelling tab, and at the bottom under International Dictionaries I can choose any of four versions of English, two of French and one of Spanish! (No idea if anything other than English (UK) actually works, though...)

Like it says it was caused because I updated Office to 2007.

That refers to Outlook Express whereas your original post said Outlook - a different animal!
