    My friend's wedding is in 10 weeks.

    I need to lose weight and it is just not happening.

    The walking is good for my head but not my waist.

    I guess I ought to do the Shred DVD again. think there is room in the conservatory.

    Gardening yesterday has really made my arms and legs ache. so unfit.

    Henna doesnt cover up more than about 25-30% grey and if you use it, you shouldnt use tradiational colour after.

    It can leave the hair very dry after repeated uses as well. This is what I was told when I did heair colour training...
