Strange Weird Creature or Atlantic guitarfish?

I found this strange item on ebay 290018326839
You are bidding on what is possibly the mysterious Chupa Cabre. This Alien looking creature from the deep dark ocean has been in the family for over 25 years. The sale of this creature is recommended to a museum or a serious collector. Creature is dried. Height is approximately 1 foot 4 inches.

Contact me to arrange shipping of creature.

Included with item is a glass case ($400 value)

*Please note: this is not a hoax or a joke, creature is 100% authentic and real, not a creation.

I think it is an Atlantic guitarfish found here http://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/fish/Gallery/Descript/AtlanticGFish/AtlanticGFish.html

Could it get pulled for not being an honest description?

Just because the seller doesn't know what it is, it doens't mean they're being dishonest. With a vague description, it's up to the buyer to identify the actual species, if they care to bother.

And anyone who seriously believes it's actually a mythical creature from Spanish folklore needs their head read anyway :)

While I agree that the description doesn't claim that the object is either a chupacabra or an alien and that anyone who chooses to believe it is is being very gullible the description does say the creature is "100% authentic" and "not a creation". However if it is indeed an Atlantic guitarfish which seems plausible it has been sliced and folded to give it a more humanoid apearance and I while you could probably debate it I would argue that this renders the sellers description misleading.
