Hi,
I'm having a lot of problems with a new laptop I ordered which I won't go into at this time.
Giving Dell 1 last chance to sort this If this doesn't get fixed to my satisfaction I'll need to complaint. I'm not going to mess about and will go straight to top.
What is the name of the person I should write to?
