    How can you say this when you no nothing about the development?

    I work in the construction industry, and having seen propertys built on the site the quality is outstanding. The rooms are a very nice size compared to others and I find the valuation of £295000 to be bang on.

    I feel the responses are going off topic. The scheme its self isnt the issue here.
