So my shortened excuse for a list today is:
- Feed tadpoles.
- Answer/clear 30 mins of emails
- Ring SW re date
- Ring OT about help
- Drs appt.
- Nurses appt.
- Try and eat twice today and keep it down.

Hope anyone feeling poorly feels better today.
