The website baillifadviceonline is run by herbie21. She does charge for the price lists located in the downloads section, costs about £10 but their are no free sources for this info so we still recommend it.
She has a contact section where you can ring but costs 60p a minute.

Overall it is worth the money.

Do you blame people for not coming back if they get slaughtered first time out. There's having a thick skin and there's being a masochist.

Robert....this is precisely WHY I have not been posting on MSE for a while.

Back to the original question. The fees being charged are correct in that they are made up of an admin fee of £75 followed by a visit fee of £200. This has been agreed between Philips and HMCS.

HOWEVER...in this case, the account should clearly provide evidence that calls had been made BEFORE any visit or letter. I would therefore suggest that contact is made with the COURT to advise them that you want to make a FORMAL COMPLAINT and that you can if necessary provide evidence that contact had been made with the company on the day after the court passed the Distress Warrant to Philips.

Advise Phillips that you require a copy of the SCREEN SHOT of your account and that you will not hesitate to contact the Contracts Manager for your area.
